HR191: HR191 House Study Committee on the Use of Local Fees to Support Affordable Housing; create

This resolution does not change any law. Instead, it creates the House Study Committee on the Use of Local Fees to Support Affordable Housing, made up of five members of the House of Representatives chosen by the Speaker, who also picks the chairperson. It can meet up to five times, though the chairperson can allow more meetings if necessary.
