25 LC 48 1455 House Bill 378 By: Representatives Momtahan of the 17th, Gunter of the 8th, Reeves of the 99th, Efstration of the 104th, and Smith of the 18th A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Article 3 of Chapter 7 of Title 15 of the Official Cod e of Georgia Annotated,1 relating to practice and procedure relative to state courts of counties, so as to provide for the2 online publishing of terms of state court; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting3 laws; and for other purposes.4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:5 SECTION 1.6 Article 3 of Chapter 7 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Geor gia Annotated, relating to7 practice and procedure relative to state courts of counties, is amended by adding a new Code8 section to read as follows:9 "15-7-41.1.10 Each state court clerk shall be required to publish and maintai n information and dates11 regarding terms of court in a prominent location on its public website."12 SECTION 2.13 All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.14 H.
