25 LC 49 2015 House Bill 436 By: Representatives Griffin of the 149th, Miller of the 62nd, Hugley of the 141st, Lim of the 98th, Williams of the 168th, and others A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to education, so as to1 repeal Chapter 2B, relating to promise scholarship accounts, including both Articles 1 and2 2 of said chapter, relating to the Georgia Education Savings Au thority and the "Georgia3 Promise Scholarship Act," respectively; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:5 SECTION 1.6 Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to education, is amended by7 repealing Chapter 2B, relating to promise scholarship accounts.8 9 SECTION 2.10 All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed. 11 H.
