25 LC 112 3020 House Resolution 266 By: Representatives Reese of the 140th and Hugley of the 141st A RESOLUTION Honoring the life and memory of Brandon "Beezy" Waller; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, the State of Georgia mourns the loss of one of its most distinguished citizens2 with the passing of Brandon "Beezy" Waller on February 8, 2025; and3 WHEREAS, Brandon "Beezy" Waller was born on February 5, 1985, in Atlanta, Georgia,4 and was raised in Columbus, Georgia, where he was cherished as a beloved son, brother,5 uncle, cousin, friend, and community leader; and6 WHEREAS, known for his vibrant personality and influential presence, he used his platform7 to advocate for causes that mattered and played a vital role in promoting community service8 initiatives, supporting nonprofit organizations, and championing anti-violence campaigns;9 and10 WHEREAS, Brandon "Beezy" Waller demonstrated a remarkable abili ty to connect with11 people from all walks of life, including government officials, media outlets such as Foxie12 105, and grassroots organizations, earning deep respect for his dedication and commitment13 to uplifting others; and14 H. R. 266 - 1 - 25 LC 112 3020 WHEREAS, he gave inspiration to many through his high ideals, morals, and deep concern15 for his fellow citizens, and the devotion, patience, and understanding he demonstrated to his16 family and friends were admired by others; and17 WHEREAS, he was a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable reputation18 for integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness, and by the example he made of his life, he19 made this world a better place in which to live; and20 WHEREAS, a compassionate and generous man, Brandon "Beezy" Wall er will long be21 remembered for his love of family, friendship, and community and will be missed by all who22 had the great fortune of knowing him.23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that24 the members of this body join in honoring the life and memory of Brandon "Beezy" Waller25 and express their deepest and most sincere regret at his passing.26 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized27 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the28 family of Brandon "Beezy" Waller.29 H.
