A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
To amend Chapter 13 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to1
controlled substances, so as to provide for certain provisions relating to Schedule I controlled2
substances; to provide for certain provisions relating to the definition of dangerous drugs; to3
provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and4
for other purposes.5
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:6
SECTION 1.7
Chapter 13 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotate d, relating to controlled8
substances, is amended in Code Section 16-13-25, relating to Sc hedule I controlled9
substances, by revising subparagraph (TT) of paragraph (1) as follows:10

SECTION 2.12
Said chapter is further amended in Code Section 16-13-25, relating to Schedule I controlled13
substances, by revising subparagraph (CC) of paragraph (3) as follows:14

SECTION 7.92
This Act shall become effective upon its approval by the Governor or upon its becoming law93
without such approval.94
SECTION 8.95
All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.96
