A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Sam M. Bromberg; and for other purposes.1
WHEREAS, Sam M. Bromberg recently retired from a long career in public accounting and2
personal financial planning, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career; and3
WHEREAS, he began his career in the accounting industry after e arning a degree in4
accounting from the University of Georgia; and5
WHEREAS, upon obtaining his degree, Sam M. Bromberg joined the firm of Bates, Betts6
& Carter, where he gained valuable experience in the field; and7
WHEREAS, he continued his accounting career with the firm of Metcalf, Frix & Company,8
where he served as a partner; and9
WHEREAS, he later embarked on an entrepreneurial journey to co- found Bromberg &10
Cohen, PC, with his partner, Jeffrey Cohen, which provided accounting and tax services to11
individuals in Atlanta and the surrounding areas; and12

WHEREAS, he embarked on another entrepreneurial journey by co-founding Nova Wealth13
Management Group, LLC, offering personal financial planning ser vices to individuals in14
Atlanta and the surrounding areas; and15
WHEREAS, he later sold this business to Buckingham Strategic Wealth, ensuring that the16
individuals he served would continue to receive financial guidance for years to come; and17
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of Sam18
M. Bromberg be appropriately honored.19
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body20
commend Sam M. Bromberg, CPA/PFS, for his outstanding service and extend best wishes21
for his continued success in all future endeavors.22
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed23
to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for di stribution to Sam M.24
Bromberg.25
