25 LC 112 3116 House Resolution 354 By: Representative Bell of the 75th A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Phenomenal Hues Global Network; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, Phenomenal Hues Global Network empowers minority women-led businesses2 through coaching, mentorship, and capital resources; and3 WHEREAS, the network has hosted impactful conferences and sponsored women's events,4 earning prestigious awards; and5 WHEREAS, more than 20 women coaches have provided over 200,000 mentorship and6 coaching hours; and7 WHEREAS, this support fosters a new investor class of Black women funding minority-led8 companies; and9 WHEREAS, its founder, Donnetta Wells, and elite coaches, including Laura Cooper, Denise10 Huginne, Jessica Meyers, Michelle Outlaw, and Ashley Scott, are committed to continuing11 the work that builds Black founders and family foundations.12 H. R. 354 - 1 - 25 LC 112 3116 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that13 the members of this body recognize and commend Phenomenal Hues Global Network for its14 invaluable contributions to women entrepreneurs in Georgia and beyond as well as extend15 best wishes for continued success.16 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized17 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution ava ilable for distribution to18 Phenomenal Hues Global Network.19 H.
