25 LC 112 3120 House Resolution 351 By: Representatives Adeyina of the 110th, Okoye of the 102nd, Olaleye of the 59th, Beckles of the 96th, and McClain of the 109th A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Nancy Taiye Aragbaye; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, Nancy Taiye Aragbaye has diligently and conscientiousl y dedicated over 152 years to education, leadership, and entrepreneurship, playing a vital role in advancing social3 impact and community development; and4 WHEREAS, she currently serves as a diaspora relations advisor to foreign and local entities,5 fostering economic development by strengthening connections bet ween Africa and the6 diaspora; and7 WHEREAS, she is the founder of Strategic Solutions Global, an EdTech Global Leadership8 Institute that equips women across Africa and the diaspora with education, tools, and9 resources to disrupt outdated systems and promote innovation; and10 WHEREAS, she has further distinguished herself as the USA Natio nal Head for Africa's11 Young Entrepreneurs, and she serves on the advisory boards of the Global Entrepreneurship12 Festival and the Entrepreneurship Village, also known as Africa's Silicon Valley; and13 H. R. 351 - 1 - 25 LC 112 3120 WHEREAS, Nancy Taiye Aragbaye continues to uplift and empower w omen-led14 organizations through initiatives such as the LeadHERship Gala, which highlights women15 making a meaningful impact in their communities; and16 WHEREAS, in addition to her leadership and entrepreneurial work, she is a global speaker17 committed to inspiring women, youth, and business leaders by promoting economic mobility,18 stability, and transformation across Africa and the diaspora; and19 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this remarkab le individual be20 appropriately honored during this special time.21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that22 the members of this body recognize and commend Nancy Taiye Arag baye for her many23 outstanding accomplishments and extend the most sincere best wishes for continued success.24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized25 and directed to make an appr opriate copy of t his resolution ava ilable for distribution to26 Nancy Taiye Aragbaye.27 H.
