25 LC 112 3106 House Resolution 417 By: Representatives Panitch of the 51st, Cox of the 28th, Tran of the 80th, Carson of the 46th, Cummings of the 39th, and others A RESOLUTION Honoring and commending Anat Sultan-Dadon, Consul General of Israel to the Southeastern1 United States, for her exemplary service in strengthening the b onds between the State of2 Israel and the State of Georgia and for her steadfast friendship to the people of Georgia; and3 for other purposes.4 WHEREAS, Anat Sultan-Dadon has served with distinction as the Consul General of Israel5 to the Southeastern United States, demonstrating exceptional le adership, diplomacy, and6 commitment to fostering a strong and mutually beneficial relati onship between Israel and7 Georgia; and8 WHEREAS, throughout her tenure, Consul General Sultan-Dadon has played a pivotal role9 in advancing political, economic, cultural, and academic partnerships between the State of10 Georgia and the State of Israel, further deepening the historic al ties that unite our11 communities; and12 WHEREAS, she has been instrumental in promoting trade and inves tment opportunities,13 strengthening technological collaboration, and supporting innovation between Georgia-based14 companies and Israeli enterprises, significantly benefiting both economies; and15 H. R. 417 - 1 - 25 LC 112 3106 WHEREAS, Consul General Sultan-Dadon has worked tirelessly to enhance educational and16 cultural exchanges, fostering mutual understanding and appreciation between the people of17 Georgia and the people of Israel; and18 WHEREAS, her unwavering dedication to public service, her exemplary diplomatic skills,19 and her steadfast commitment to shared democratic values have earned her the admiration20 and respect of leaders, businesses, and citizens throughout the State of Georgia; and21 WHEREAS, under her leadership, the relationship between Georgia and Israel has22 flourished, ensuring a prosperous and enduring partnership; and23 WHEREAS, she has represented the State of Israel with integrity, professionalism, and grace,24 embodying the spirit of true friendship and international cooperation; and25 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstandi ng service of this26 distinguished diplomat be appropriately recognized and honored by this body.27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that28 the members of this body commend Anat Sultan-Dadon, Consul Gene ral of Israel to the29 Southeastern United States, for her dedicated service and excep tional contributions to the30 strengthening of ties between the State of Georgia and the Stat e of Israel, extend their31 heartfelt gratitude for her unwavering commitment to friendship and collaboration, and wish32 her continued success in all her future endeavors.33 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized34 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Anat35 Sultan-Dadon.36 H.
