25 LC 129 0263 House Resolution 502 By: Representatives Beckles of the 96th, Adeyina of the 110th, Okoye of the 102nd, Lim of the 98th, McClain of the 109th, and others A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending the Student Council of Summerour Middle School; and for1 other purposes.2 WHEREAS, the Student Council of Summerour Middle School is dedicated to fostering a3 positive and inclusive environment where every student feels heard, valued, and empowered;4 and5 WHEREAS, the Student Council's mission is to promote school spi rit, encourage6 collaboration, and represent the interests and ideas of its peers; and7 WHEREAS, the exemplary sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students in the Student Council8 strive to create meaningful opportunities for students to engage in school activities, develop9 leadership skills, and make a lasting impact in their community; and10 WHEREAS, outstanding educators Anna Lillard, Roxie Smith, and A llie Tangco serve as11 the Student Council's dedicated advisors; and12 WHEREAS, this remarkable student organization is comprised of m embers Alessandra13 Chacon, Allyson Salas, Angelica Avila, Anisa Ahmed, Carson Ta, Christina Williams,14 H. R. 502 - 1 - 25 LC 129 0263 Dayanna Pineda, Emmanuel Figueroa, Genesis Diaz Medina, Ingrid Lopez Pacheco, Isabella15 Sias, Jessica Tran, Kaleth Mendoza, Kam Azad, Leslie Trejo, Nab il Zanhar, Niang Lum,16 Nickayla Johnson, Odalys Torres Hernandez, Shayla Fernandez-Ortiz, Uyen Hoang, Valery17 Castrillon, Yajaira Blanco, and You Kang Huang; and18 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and popper that the dedicatio n and hard-work of the19 students in the Student Council of Summerour Middle School is appropriately honored.20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that21 the members of this body recognize and commend the Student Coun cil of Summerour22 Middle School and extend sincere best wishes for its continued success.23 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized24 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the25 Student Council of Summerour Middle School.26 H.
