A RESOLUTION
Encouraging the United States Congress to investigate the dispersion of chemicals into the1
sky by aircraft, so as to understand the effects of such disper sion on air, soil, and water2
quality in the State of Georgia; and for other purposes.3
WHEREAS, it is documented that the federal government and other entities acting on the4
federal government's behalf or at the federal government's requ est may conduct5
geoengineering experiments by intentionally dispersing chemicals into the atmosphere, and6
those activities may occur within the State of Georgia; and7
WHEREAS, dispersing chemicals into the atmosphere has been obse rved to leave visible8
trails in the sky; and9
WHEREAS, the risk to human health and environmental welfare fro m broadscale10
geoengineering that leaves visible trails in the sky is currently not well understood; and11
WHEREAS, the United States has exclusive sovereignty of airspace of the United States; and12

WHEREAS, it is the intent of the House of Representatives to protect the public health and13
welfare of Georgians.14
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that15
the members of this body encourage the United States Congress to investigate the dispersion16
of chemicals into the sky by aircraft, so as to understand the effects of such dispersion on air,17
soil, and water quality.18
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized19
and directed to make appropriate copies of this resolution avai lable for distribution to the20
members of the Georgia delegation to the United States Congress.21
