A RESOLUTION
Commending Sabrina Walters and recognizing March 20, 2025, as TrailBlazing Women in1
Georgia Day; and for other purposes.2
WHEREAS, TrailBlazing Women in Georgia Day acknowledges the philanthropic, social,3
and cultural contributions of women in the state; and4
WHEREAS, Sabrina Walters has long been recognized for the vital role that she has played5
in leadership and her deep personal commitment to the welfare o f the citizens of Georgia;6
and7
WHEREAS, Sabrina is the first Black female Inspections Operations Manager for the City8
of College Park, the founder of Sabrina's Sweet Bakery, and a General Contractor Liaison;9
and10
WHEREAS, with 18 years of experience as an Inspections Operations Manager, she finds11
fulfillment in listening to and assisting business owners, vendors, citizens, and contractors12
who come through the City of College Park; and13

WHEREAS, Sabrina's significant organizational and leadership talents, remarkable patience14
and diplomacy, keen sense of vision, and sensitivity to the needs of the citizens of this state15
have earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues and associates; and16
WHEREAS, she is a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable reputation for17
integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness; and18
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstandi ng contributions of this19
individual be appropriately honored.20
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that21
the members of this body commend Sabrina Walters for her effici ent, effective, unselfish,22
and dedicated public service to the State of Georgia; recognize March, 20, 2025, as23
TrailBlazing Women in Georgia Day; and extend the most sincere best wishes for continued24
health and happiness.25
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized26
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution ava ilable for distribution to27
Sabrina Walters.28
