A RESOLUTION
Honoring and commending Mazal Tazazo, a survivor of the October 7th massacre, for her1
resilience and courage; and for other purposes.2
WHEREAS, Mazal Tazazo is a survivor of the horrific October 7th massacre at the Nova3
music festival during the Hamas terror organization attack on I srael, during which 1,2004
innocent men, women, and children were murdered and thousands more were injured; and5
WHEREAS, despite the unimaginable hardships she endured, Mazal Tazazo has6
demonstrated remarkable strength, resilience, and perseverance in the face of adversity; and7
WHEREAS, through her survival and advocacy, Mazal Tazazo serves as a beacon of hope8
and a testament to the indomitable Israeli spirit, inspiring in dividuals across the globe to9
stand against violence and uphold Israel and America's values o f peace, justice, and10
humanity; and11
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that this body, which has stood by and continues to stand12
by Israel and against terror, recognizes and honors survivors of the October 7th massacre.13

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that14
the members of this body honor and commend Mazal Tazazo for her extraordinary bravery,15
extend their heartfelt support for her ongoing recovery and wel l-being, and express their16
deepest sympathies for all those affected by the tragedy of October 7th.17
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the members of this body continue t o demand the18
immediate and unconditional release of all hostages remaining in captivity in Gaza.19
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized20
and directed to make appropriate copies of this resolution available for distribution to Mazal21
Tazazo and to the Consulate General of Israel to the Southeastern United States.22
