25 LC 129 0394 House Resolution 769 By: Representatives Moore of the 91st, Taylor of the 92nd, and Carter of the 93rd A RESOLUTION Commending Jaide Coleman, Salem High School's Class of 2025 salutatorian; and for other1 purposes.2 WHEREAS, a proper quality education for the young people of this state is the single most3 important objective of the General Assembly; and4 WHEREAS, Jaide Coleman has shown by academic accomplishment tha t the pursuit and5 attainment of scholastic success are within the reach of the students in this state; and6 WHEREAS, this remarkable senior has earned distinction through her notable achievements7 as a student at Salem High School where she is a member of the Beta club, National Honor8 Society, Student Government Association, Yearbook, FBLA, and FCCLA; and9 WHEREAS, she has been selected as salutatorian by earning exemplary grades in the most10 challenging academic courses while maintaining a substantial ex tracurricular schedule11 throughout her academic career; and12 H. R. 769 - 1 - 25 LC 129 0394 WHEREAS, this achievement is the culmination of Jaide Coleman's h a r d w o r k a n d13 determination, and she deserves much credit for her energy and dedication to academic14 excellence; and 15 WHEREAS, she is an outstanding representative of the young people of this state and it is16 only fitting and proper that she be recognized for her many accomplishments.17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that18 the members of this body heartily commend Jaide Coleman for her spectacular scholastic19 endeavors and express their most sincere best wishes for continued success.20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized21 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Jaide22 Coleman.23 H.
