25 LC 129 0299 House Resolution 787 By: Representatives Dempsey of the 13th, Lumsden of the 12th, and Barton of the 5th A RESOLUTION Commending Jessica West-Royal, Pepperell High School's 2025 STA R Teacher; and for1 other purposes.2 WHEREAS, a proper quality education for the young people of this state is the single most3 important objective of the General Assembly; and4 WHEREAS, Jessica West-Royal has long been recognized by the citizens of this state for the5 vital role that she has played in the teaching profession and her deep personal commitment6 to the education of the students of Georgia; and7 WHEREAS, Jessica West-Royal has earned distinction for teaching excellence and has been8 honored as Pepperell High School's 2025 STAR Teacher; and9 WHEREAS, in recognition of her contributions to the education and welfare of young people10 in this state, it is abundantly fitting and proper for this bod y to honor the extraordinary11 accomplishments and academic achievements of this outstanding educator.12 H.
