25 LC 129 0392 House Resolution 767 By: Representatives Moore of the 91st, Taylor of the 92nd, and Carter of the 93rd A RESOLUTION Commending Prakash Gupta, Rockdale Magnet School for Science and Technology's Class1 of 2025 salutatorian; and for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, a proper quality education for the young people of this state is the single most3 important objective of the General Assembly; and4 WHEREAS, Prakash Gupta has shown by academic accomplishment tha t the pursuit and5 attainment of scholastic success are within the reach of the students in this state; and6 WHEREAS, this remarkable senior has earned distinction through his notable achievements7 as a student at Rockdale Magnet School for Science and Technology (RMSST) where he is8 a member of RMSST Ambassadors, SkillsUSA, Camera Club, Rockdale Magnet Math9 Team, RMSST Peer Tutors, RCA Robotics, RMSST Student Council, a nd a RMSST10 Summer STEAM camp counselor; and11 WHEREAS, he has been selected as salutatorian by earning exemplary grades in the most12 challenging academic courses while maintaining a substantial ex tracurricular schedule13 throughout his academic career; and14 H. R. 767 - 1 - 25 LC 129 0392 WHEREAS, this achievement is the culmination of Prakash Gupta's h a r d w o r k a n d15 determination, and he deserves much credit for his energy and d edication to academic16 excellence; and 17 WHEREAS, he is an outstanding representative of the young peopl e of this state and it is18 only fitting and proper that he be recognized for his many accomplishments.19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that20 the members of this body heartily commend Prakash Gupta for his spectacular scholastic21 endeavors and express their most sincere best wishes for continued success.22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized23 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution ava ilable for distribution to24 Prakash Gupta.25 H.
