A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
To amend an Act to create the Chehaw Park Authority, approved April 11, 1979 (Ga. L. 1979, p. 4515), as amended, particularly by an Act approved July 29, 2020 (Ga. L. 2020, p. 4056), so as to extend the existence of the authority; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION 1.
An Act to create the Chehaw Park Authority, approved April 11, 1979 (Ga. L. 1979, p. 4515), as amended, particularly by an Act approved July 29, 2020 (Ga. L. 2020, p. 4056), is amended by revising Section 14 as follows: "SECTION 14.
Duration.
The existence of the authority is extended through December 31, 2036."
SECTION 2.
All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
