26 Sen Floor Amend 2 OUT OF ORDER Senators Strickland of the 42nd and McNeel of the 18th offered the following amendment #2: Amend HB 1196 (LC 48 1782S): by adding the word “not” between “shall” and “include” on line 25 and by adding a new line 9 that says “This Act shall be known as the Steven McNeel Act” and renumbering all subsequent lines accordingly.
