A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

To amend Code Section 35-6A-17 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Georgia Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Advisory Board, membership, and termination, so as to correct a scrivener's error in a cross-reference; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

SECTION 1.

Code Section 35-6A-17 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Georgia Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Advisory Board, membership, and termination, is amended by revising subsection (e) as follows:

"(e) The Georgia Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Advisory Board shall solicit and review applications for grants authorized pursuant to Code Section 35-6A-15 35-6A-16 and make recommendations to the council for the award thereof."

SECTION 2.

All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
