25 Sen Floor Amend 1 OUT OF ORDER Senator Esteves of the 35th offered the following amendment #1: Amend the Senate Committee on Education and Youth substitute to HB 127 (LC 61 0259S): by striking “, widely contested” from line 44, striking “cultural appropriation, allyship,” from line 45, and striking “intersectionality” and “disparate impact” from line 47. By striking “violates” and replacing it with “is found by a court to have violated” on line 53. By striking “violates” and replacing it with “is found by a court to have violated” on line 60.
