25 Sen Floor Amend 9 OUT OF ORDER Senator Merritt of the 9th offered the following amendment #9: Amend the Senate Committee on Education and Youth substitute to HB 127 (LC 61 0259S): by inserting after line 64 “(g) The provisions of this Code section shall not apply to any curriculum, course of study, instruction, or other course content offered by a local education agency or postsecondary instituion.” And relettering current section (g) as (h).
