OUT OF ORDER
Senators Jackson of the 41st and Jones of the 22nd offered the following amendment #4:
Amend the Senate Committee on Education and Youth substitute to HB 127 (LC 61 0259S):
by inserting on line 67
(h) Nothing in this Code section shall be construed so as to prohibit any fraternities and
sororities from maintaining gender-exclusive membership.
