25 Sen Floor Amend 6
OUT OF ORDER
Senators Mangham of the 5th and Jones of the 22nd offered the following amendment #6:
Amend the Senate Committee on Education and Youth substitute to HB 127 (LC 61
0259S):
by inserting after line 48 the following:
“Nothing in subsection (b) of this Code section shall be construed to prohibit a local
education agency or post secondary institution from promoting as an official position that the
Confederate States of America was a nation separate and apart from the United States of
America, founded in unconstitutional rebellion.”
