Senator Davenport of the 17th offered the following amendment #11:
Amend the Senate Committee on Education and Youth substitute to HB 127 (LC 61 0259S):
by inserting after line 66 the following
<ins>“(h) Nothing in this Section shall be construed to do any of the following:
(1) Conflict with or prohibit compliance with Title IX of the Education
amendments of 1972, as amended; the Americans with Disabilities Act, as
amended; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as amended; Title VI of the
Civil Rights Act of 1964; or other applicable state or federal law.”
