Amend the Senate Committee on Education and Youth substitute to HB 127 (LC 61 0259S):
by inserting at line 16 the following:
<ins>“‘(2) Diversity, inclusion, equity, and wealth’ shall mean any program that shows
preferential treatment for any person based on diversity, inclusion, equity, or wealth.”
