25 Sen Floor Amend 14 OUT OF ORDER Senator James of the 28th offered the following amendment #14: Amend the Senate Committee on Education and Youth substitute to HB 127 (LC 61 0259S): by inserting after line 66 the following: “Nothing in this statute prohibits students, officers, agents, administrators, employees, teachers or contractors of a public school, charter school, any local education agency, or postsecondary institution from discussing public policy issues of the day or ideas that individuals may find unwelcome, disagreeable, or offensive.”
