The total compensation for the chairperson and members of the board shall not8 exceed $600.00 for any calendar month.9 SECTION 2.10 This Act shall become effective on the first day of the month following the month in which11 it is approved by the Governor or in which it becomes law without such approval.12 SECTION 3.13 All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.14 H.
