Representative Newton of the 127th offers the following amendment:
Amend the Senate substitute to HB 136 (LC 50 1259S) by replacing <ins>"10"</ins> with <ins>"20"</ins> on lines
333, 351, and 373.
By replacing <del>"80</del> <ins>90"</ins> with "80" on line 368.
