A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
To amend Code Section 3-3-20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to sale of alcoholic beverages on Sundays, election days, and Christmas Day, so as to repeal the prohibition on the sale of alcoholic beverages within 250 feet of any polling place; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION 1.
Code Section 3-3-20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to sale of alcoholic beverages on Sundays, election days, and Christmas Day, is amended by repealing paragraph
(3) of subsection (b).
SECTION 2.
All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
