# Sen floor amend 1 AM 44 0238 to HB 443

ADOPTED
Senator Dolezal of the 27th offered the following amendment #1:
Amend the Senate Committee on Natural Resources and the Environment substitute to HB
443 (LC 44 3166S) by inserting after "amend" on line 1 the following:
Chapter 2 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to standards,
labeling, and adulteration of food, so as to repeal Article 18, relating to raw dairy; to repeal
related provisions; to amend
By inserting after line 7 the following:
Chapter 2 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to standards,
labeling, and adulteration of food, is amended by repealing Article 18, relating to raw dairy,
and any references to such article and to "raw milk" as regulated by such article in the
Official Code of Georgia Annotated.
SECTION 2.
By redesignating Section 2 as Section 3.
