Representative Petrea of the 166th offers the following amendment:
Amend HB 443 by replacing lines 1 through 3 with the following:
To amend Code Section 27-2-23 of the Official Code of Georgia
By deleting lines 10 through 14.
By replacing line 29 with:
endorsement. <ins>Each person who holds an endorsement pursuant to the provisions of this Code
section shall report such information as required by the department at such times and in such
manner as the board provides by rule or regulation."
</ins> By replacing "SECTION 3." with "SECTION 2." on line 32.
