L. 2013, p. 4234), as amended, so as to change provisions relating to the corporate limits2 of the city; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:4 SECTION 1.5 An Act providing a new charter for the City of Kennesaw, approv ed May 6, 20136 (Ga. L. 2013, p. 4234), as amended, is amended in subsection (c) of Section 1.02 by adding7 a new paragraph to read as follows:8 "(7) The corporate limits of the City of Kennesaw shall also in clude the following9 described parcels of land:10 Tract 1:11 ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT12 208 OF THE 20TH DISTRICT 2ND SECTION, COBB COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND13 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:14 H.
