ADOPTED Senators Brass of the 6th, Dolezal of the 27th, Summers of the 13th, Jackson of the 41st, Robertson of the 29th, and others offered the following amendment #1: Amend HB 54 (LC 52 0844S) by adding "advanced practice registered nurses and" before "physician assistants" on lines 3 and 6. By inserting ", an advanced practice registered nurse acting pursuant to the authority of Code Section 43-34-25," before "or a physician assistant" on lines 17, 30, 39 and 40, 63 and 64, 80, and 178.
