Not legal advice. version: Sen Floor Amend 1 AM 39 0468 version_id: amendment:2025-2026/hb58/238422@238422 --- # Sen Floor Amend 1 AM 39 0468 to HB 58 LOST Senators Anavitarte of the 31st and McLaurin of the 14th offered the following amendment #1: Amend the amendment to the Senate substitute to HB 58 (AM 39 0466) by replacing lines 6 through 10 with the following: (E) Is an owner of private property who is operating an unmanned aircraft system that he or she owns above such property, provided that such operation is consistent with federal regulations and the unmanned aircraft system is not used to interfere in any way with a ticketed entertainment event or to broadcast or record the ticketed entertainment event for commercial purposes."
