# Sen Floor Amend 1A to HB 58

ADOPTED
Senator McLaurin of the 14th offered the following amendment #1A:
Amend amendment #1 to the amendment to the Senate substitute to HB 58 (AM 39 0466):
by inserting a comma after <ins>“regulations”</ins> on line 5, and inserting <ins>“to convey or communicate
a message by any person other than a first informer broadcaster as defined in O.C.G.A. § 38-
3-57,”</ins> after <ins>“not used”</ins> on line 5
