A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
To amend an Act creating the board of commissioners of Baker County, approved August 8,1
1917 (Ga. L. 1917, p. 306), as amended, so as to provide that the board shall meet on the first2
Tuesday of each month and on such other days as it may determine; to provide for a meeting3
location to be set by local ordinance; to provide for related m atters; to repeal conflicting4
laws; and for other purposes.5
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:6
SECTION 1.7
An Act creating the board of commissioners of Baker County, approved August 8, 1917 (Ga.8
L. 1917, p. 306), as amended, is amended by revising Section 5 as follows:9
"SECTION 510
The board of commissioners shall meet on the first Tuesday of each month and on such other11
days as it may determine. The board shall, by local ordinance, set a location and time for12
such meetings."13
SECTION 2.14
All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.15
