L. 1976, p. 3060), as amended, so as to revise the compensation of the2 mayor and councilmembers; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and3 for other purposes.4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:5 SECTION 1.6 An Act providing a new charter for the City of Hoboken, Georgia, approved March 24, 19767 (Ga. L. 1976, p. 3060), as amended, is amended by revising Section 2.04 as follows:8 "SECTION 2.04.9 Compensation and expenses.10 The mayor shall receive as compensation for his or her services $475.00 per month. Each11 councilmember shall receive as compensation for his or her services $175.00 per month. 12 The mayor and councilmembers shall also be entitled to be reimbursed for their actual and13 necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties."14 H.
