L. 1993, p. 3857), as amended, so as to change the2 compensation of the members and the chairperson of such board; to provide for an effective3 date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:5 SECTION 1.6 An Act to reconstitute the Board of Education of Monroe County, Georgia, approved7 February 25, 1993 (Ga. L. 1993, p. 3857), as amended, is amended by revising Section 6 as8 follows:9 "SECTION 6.10 Members and the chairperson of the Board of Education of Monroe County, Georgia, shall11 be compensated in the amount of $600.00 per month. Members and the chairperson of the12 board shall also be reimbursed for actual expenses necessarily incurred."13 H.
