26 Sen Floor Amend 1
NOT GERMANE
Senators Setzler of the 37th, Strickland of the 42nd, and Jones II of the 22nd offered the
following amendment #1:
Amend HB 999 (LC 47 3834) by:
Adding a new Section 3 by amending paragraph (5) of subsection (a) of Code section 15-
10-2 by striking:
“Does not exceed $15,000”
And replacing with the following:
“Does not exceed $30,000”
And renumbering “Section 3” as “Section 4”
