A RESOLUTION
Recognizing the West Forsyth High School Esports Rocket League Team for winning the
2025 Georgia High School Association 4A-6A State Championship; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, the West Forsyth High School Esports Rocket League Team represented West
Forsyth High School during the 2025 Georgia High School Association (GHSA) Spring
Esports season in the 4A-6A division; and
WHEREAS, the team demonstrated outstanding skill, strategic excellence, and competitive
consistency throughout the regular season and postseason playoff bracket; and
WHEREAS, in the 2025 GHSA 4A-6A Rocket League State Championship match, the West
Forsyth Wolverines defeated Milton High School by a final series score of four games to
two, securing the 2025 GHSA State Championship title; and
WHEREAS, this championship marked a historic achievement for West Forsyth High
School, representing the school's first Rocket League state title and further establishing its
Esports program as a leader within the State of Georgia; and
WHEREAS, the team's success reflects the dedication and preparation of its student-athletes
as well as the leadership and guidance of its coaching staff and the support of the West
Forsyth High School community; and
WHEREAS, the exemplary performance, sportsmanship, and determination demonstrated
by the West Forsyth Rocket League Team have brought great pride and recognition to West
Forsyth High School, Forsyth County, and the State of Georgia.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body recognize the West Forsyth High School Esports Rocket League
Team for winning the 2025 GHSA 4A-6A State Championship and extend their sincere
congratulations for this outstanding accomplishment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the
West Forsyth High School Esports Rocket League Team.
