A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and supporting the Family Restoration and Re-Entry Program as a
comprehensive framework for restoring families and communities; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, strong families are the cornerstone of stable communities, economic vitality,
and long-term societal well-being, and the restoration of families is essential to reducing
recidivism, poverty, and generational disruption; and
WHEREAS, individuals, women, youth, and families impacted by incarceration, economic
displacement, domestic instability, trauma, and systemic barriers often face limited access
to education, employment, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and pathways to
family reunification; and
WHEREAS, Trinity International University of Ambassadors Corp. (FL), together with its
affiliate, the Trinity International University of Ambassadors (TIUA) School of Business,
has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to education, leadership development,
entrepreneurship, workforce readiness, and community-based empowerment initiatives that
strengthen individuals, families, and communities; and
WHEREAS, the TIUA School of Business serves as the academic and economic engine for
entrepreneurial training, workforce development, financial literacy, and business ownership
pathways that enable individuals and families to achieve sustainable economic independence;
and
WHEREAS, the Family Restoration and Re-Entry Program serves as the overarching
framework under which education, workforce reintegration, entrepreneurship, leadership
development, and family reunification initiatives operate, with Trinity International
University of Ambassadors Corp. (FL) and the TIUA School of Business providing
structured learning, credentialing, mentorship, and business development opportunities for
justice-impacted individuals and families; and
WHEREAS, this program is intentionally designed to bring the family together all the way
around, integrating education, entrepreneurship, employment pathways, emotional
restoration, accountability, youth engagement, and generational sustainability to strengthen
families as unified economic and social units; and
WHEREAS, Trinity Girls Network Corp., a community-based nonprofit organization
dedicated to empowering girls, women, and families, plays a vital role in advancing youth
development, women's leadership, mentoring, life-skills education, advocacy, and
community outreach as part of the Family Restoration and Re-Entry Program; and
WHEREAS, Trinity Girls Network Corp. provides on-the-ground programming and
supportive services addressing the needs of girls and women impacted by trauma, economic
instability, family separation, and social inequities, thereby strengthening family units and
supporting long-term restoration; and
WHEREAS, the RebuildHER Initiative, operating within the Family Restoration and
Re-Entry framework and anchored in the educational and economic infrastructure of Trinity
International University of Ambassadors Corp. (FL) and the TIUA School of Business,
addresses the unique challenges faced by women and mothers impacted by justice
involvement, domestic abuse, economic hardship, and disrupted educational or career
pathways; and
WHEREAS, the RebuildHER Initiative equips women to rebuild confidence, capacity,
purpose, and leadership through education, entrepreneurship, healing-centered support, and
pathways to financial independence, recognizing women and mothers as catalysts for family
and community transformation; and
WHEREAS, the GlobalHER Initiative, advancing the theme "Empowering Her Justice," is
intentionally aligned with the 70th Session of the United Nations Commission on the Status
of Women (CSW70) and related United Nations global engagements taking place March
11-15, 2026, reinforcing a shared commitment to justice-centered solutions that restore
families, empower women and girls, support re-entry and economic inclusion, and advance
education- and entrepreneurship-driven pathways at the local, national, and global levels; and
WHEREAS, The Organization of World Leaders provides global leadership engagement,
policy alignment, international collaboration, and advocacy support that elevates family
restoration, re-entry, women's empowerment, and youth development initiatives within
broader national and global conversations on justice, economic inclusion, ethical governance,
and sustainable development; and
WHEREAS, together, Trinity International University of Ambassadors Corp. (FL), the TIUA
School of Business, Trinity Girls Network Corp., and The Organization of World Leaders
form an integrated education-to-community-to-leadership model that aligns local family
restoration efforts with national priorities and global leadership principles through
cross-sector collaboration; and
WHEREAS, these combined initiatives advance broader public goals including workforce
development, small business growth, women's and youth empowerment, family reunification,
reduced recidivism, ethical leadership development, and global civic engagement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body commend Trinity International University of Ambassadors Corp.
(FL) and the TIUA School of Business as the educational and economic backbone of the
Family Restoration and Re-Entry Program and the RebuildHER Initiative; further recognize
Trinity Girls Network Corp. for its essential role in community engagement, youth and
women's empowerment, and family-centered restoration; and acknowledge The Organization
of World Leaders for its role in advancing global leadership, policy alignment, and
international collaboration in support of these initiatives.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this body encourages collaboration among educational
institutions, nonprofit organizations, workforce agencies, community and faith-based
partners, leadership organizations, and public and private stakeholders to support and expand
these initiatives as scalable models for family restoration, re-entry success, women-and-
youth-centered economic rebuilding, and global leadership engagement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make appropriate copies of this resolution available for distribution to Trinity
International University of Ambassadors Corp. (FL), the TIUA School of Business, Trinity
Girls Network Corp., The Organization of World Leaders, and their community partners.
