A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Eboni Hall; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, Eboni Hall is a seasoned beauty industry leader, entrepreneur, and passionate
advocate for self-care and confidence with over 16 years of experience as a master
cosmetologist, hairstylist, makeup artist, and beauty educator; and
WHEREAS, a hardworking mom, entrepreneur, and dedicated First Lady of Way
Community Church, Eboni is the founder and CEO of Power, The Beauty Collection, a
makeup line crafted specifically for professional and hardworking women; and
WHEREAS, her revolutionary brand includes innovative products and teaching tools that are
designed with simplicity and empowerment in mind, making beauty accessible for busy,
professional women; and
WHEREAS, expanding her illustrious brand, Eboni opened a second location of the Power
Beauty Bar, inside the Painted Tree-F1 at 2059 Scenic Hwy N Suite 110 in Snellville,
Georgia; and
WHEREAS, Power Beauty Bar showcases products, offers personalized color matching
services and make up classes, as well as provides curated beauty experiences; and
WHEREAS, with nearly 20 years in the beauty industry, Eboni’s impressive portfolio
includes collaborations with major brands such as Coca Cola, OWN, Pantene, BET, WeTV,
TVOne, and Bronner Bros., and her work has graced the pages of top beauty magazines like
Essence, Ebony, and The Knot; and
WHEREAS, Eboni’s unwavering dedication to community service, empowering women, and
uplifting others has left a profound impact on the state of Georgia and the beauty industry;
and
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this exceptional Georgian be
appropriately recognized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body recognize and commend Eboni Hall and extend sincere best wishes
for her continued health, happiness, and success.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Eboni
Hall.
