A RESOLUTION
Honoring the life, service, and accomplishments of Zade Kenimer; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, Zade Kenimer served the people of Georgia with honor and distinction as a
member of the Georgia House of Representatives during the late 1940s, contributing to the
legislative process during a pivotal period in the state's history; and
WHEREAS, during his tenure in the Georgia House of Representatives, Zade Kenimer
demonstrated a steadfast commitment to the principles of representative government, public
responsibility, and service to his constituents ; and
WHEREAS, in addition to his legislative service, Zade Kenimer devoted his professional life
to education, shaping young minds, encouraging civic responsibility, and promoting the
enduring value of learning; and
WHEREAS, his work as an educator reflected the same integrity, discipline, and sense of
duty that defined his service in public office; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body honor and commemorate the life and accomplishments of Zade
Kenimer, recognizing his service in the Georgia House of Representatives and his lasting
contributions as an educator and citizen.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the
family of Zade Kenimer.
