### Plain-language summary

This is a ceremonial resolution from the Georgia House of Representatives honoring Christopher M. Lazzara. It does not change any Georgia law. Instead, it recites his professional and charitable accomplishments, including founding MountainStar Partners in 2013, co-founding the Georgia School of Orthodontics with his father in 2016, serving on various nonprofit boards, and starting the Isa Elaine Foundation after his daughter developed a rare pediatric disease.
The resolution formally states that the House commends Lazzara and wishes him continued health, happiness, and success. It also directs the Clerk of the House to prepare a copy of the resolution for distribution to him, which is a standard step for honorary resolutions of this kind.
