A RESOLUTION
Recognizing The Trenches Global Impact Center; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, The Trenches Global Impact Center is a free, youth community center that provides mentorship, creative outlets, workforce development, and positive role models for youth who may feel overlooked or at risk; and
WHEREAS, The Trenches Global Impact Center and The Trenches Global fashion brand were founded by Rashod Stanley, drawing profound inspiration from his personal experience with incarnation; and
WHEREAS, directly upon Rashod Stanley's release from prison, the first location of The Trenches Global Impact Center was opened in East Point, Georgia; and
WHEREAS, on February 21, 2026, the non-profit organization will host a fashion show and open its new location at 1230 Hightower Road, Atlanta, Georgia; and
WHEREAS, in the past year The Trenches Global Impact Center has reached over 2,000 families through community events and initiatives, including Thanksgiving meal distributions, Christmas toy giveaways, and free food giveaways; and
WHEREAS, the new 10,000-square-foot location will allow the organization to increase its reach, expand its programs, and continue to instill positivity and hope in the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body recognize The Trenches Global Impact Center and extend their sincere best withes for continued growth and success.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Rashod Stanley.
