By: Representatives Hawkins of the 27th, Kelley of the 16th, Cooper of the 45th, Schofield of
the 63rd, and Newton of the 127th
A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Impiricus; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, Impiricus is a Georgia-founded health-tech startup, recently recognized by
Deloitte as the number one fastest growing company in the United States; and
WHEREAS, Impiricus' AI-powered engagement platform enables pharmaceutical companies
to directly and compliantly provide healthcare providers with information and resources
essential to patient care; and
WHEREAS, for healthcare providers, including physicians, NPs, PAs, and dentists,
Impiricus offers a suite of free tools that support daily clinical workflow; and
WHEREAS, particularly impactful for rural clinicians with limited administrative resources,
Impiricus provides translation support, prior-authorization assistance, and a free
e-prescribing system and EMR-light workflow; and
WHEREAS, as the nation's fastest growing company, Impiricus brings great pride to the City
of Atlanta and the State of Georgia; and
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this monumental achievement is
appropriately honored.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body recognize and commend Impiricus and extend their most sincere
best wishes for its continued growth and success.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to
Impiricus.
