A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Liberty Ministries Family Worship on the occasion of its 25th anniversary; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, holding its first service on Sunday, February 4, 2001, Liberty Ministries Family Worship has grown under the divine direction of Pastor and First Lady Ellis, allowing the Word of God to spread throughout the community; and
WHEREAS, the congregation of this church has compiled an unparalleled record of constructive, compassionate, and humanitarian service which it demonstrates daily through open minds, open hearts, and open doors; and
WHEREAS, in addition the church's numerous acts of volunteerism, Liberty Ministries Family Worship hosts summer camps; operates the non-profit food pantry Liberty Helping Hands, Inc.; and tutors young members of the community in math and reading; and
WHEREAS, the members of Liberty Ministries Family Worship have a sincere desire to serve the Lord and are wholeheartedly committed to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ; and
WHEREAS, on March 15, 2026, Liberty Ministries Family Worship celebrates its 25th anniversary with homecoming events and worship services and invites all current and former members, friends, and community associates to celebrate; and
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this enduring example of God's message of peace and love be recognized and congratulated for its innumerable good works rendered on behalf of persons in need.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body recognize the rich history of Liberty Ministries Family Worship, commend its 25 years of dedicated service to the Lord and community, and extend their warmest best wishes for its continued growth and success.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Liberty Ministries Family Worship.
