A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Jerely Vazquez for her outstanding artistic talent and
dedication to the visual arts; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, Jerely Vazquez is an exemplary fourth-grade student at Norcross Elementary
School in House District 96, demonstrating exceptional talent and dedication in the visual
arts; and
WHEREAS, Jerely is a skilled young artist who excels in working with pencil and blending
techniques, demonstrating remarkable ability to create value and depth in her artwork with
technical proficiency beyond her years; and
WHEREAS, Jerely has established a clear artistic vision for her future, aspiring to attend art
school and pursue her dream of becoming a portrait artist, reflecting maturity and purposeful
dedication to her craft; and
WHEREAS, Jerely's passion for the arts and commitment to developing her skills exemplify
the determination and focus that distinguish young artists of exceptional promise; and
WHEREAS, Jerely proudly embraces her American and Mexican heritage, enriching her
artistic perspective through her bilingual abilities and the cultural traditions of her family;
and
WHEREAS, Jerely's art teacher at Norcross Elementary School recognizes her as an
outstanding student whose creativity, dedication, and positive presence inspire both peers and
educators in the classroom; and
WHEREAS, as the youngest of four girls in a loving family of ten, Jerely values the strong
bonds she shares with her parents, sisters, and two nephews, understanding the importance
of family support in nurturing young talent; and
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding achievements of this
talented young Georgian artist be appropriately recognized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body recognize and commend Jerely Vazquez for her exceptional artistic
talent, dedication to her craft, and bright promise as a young artist, and extend best wishes
for her continued success in all future artistic endeavors.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Jerely
Vazquez.
