A RESOLUTION

Recognizing and commending Andrew Adams, founder and owner of ProLevel Recovery; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, Andrew Adams is the founder and owner of ProLevel Recovery, a Georgia-based multidisciplinary sports medicine and recovery organization providing comprehensive physical therapy, chiropractic care, and advanced recovery services to individuals across the state; and

WHEREAS, ProLevel Recovery was established with a mission to raise the standard of musculoskeletal care by integrating clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and outcome-driven treatment models, serving patients ranging from injured workers and personal injury cases to athletes and active professionals; and

WHEREAS, Andrew Adams dedicated eight years to the National Football League, competing at the highest level of professional sports and earning a Super Bowl Championship, experiences that cultivated a deep understanding of elite performance, injury recovery, and the importance of accountability and precision in healthcare delivery; and

WHEREAS, his professional athletic background directly informs ProLevel Recovery's clinical philosophy and operational standards, with an emphasis on long-term patient outcomes, evidence-based care, and measurable results; and

WHEREAS, Andrew Adams is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he earned a degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship, and he has further completed advanced business and executive certification programs through the University of Miami, equipping him with a strong foundation in leadership and organizational management; and

WHEREAS, in addition to his work in healthcare, Andrew Adams is an active real estate investor and business operator, focused on sustainable growth, responsible ownership, and long-term economic value creation; and

WHEREAS, Andrew Adams is deeply committed to financial literacy and education, particularly for athletes, entrepreneurs, and working professionals, and through mentorship and community engagement, he advocates for empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge necessary to build financial stability and generational wealth; and

WHEREAS, as a healthcare entrepreneur, former professional athlete, and community leader, Andrew Adams brings a uniquely informed perspective to sports medicine, effectively bridging performance, health, and economic empowerment to strengthen outcomes for individuals and communities throughout the State of Georgia; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the accomplishments and service of Andrew Adams be appropriately recognized.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body recognize and commend Andrew Adams for his leadership, innovation, and contributions to healthcare, business, and community development, and extend best wishes for continued success in all his endeavors. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Andrew Adams.
