A RESOLUTION
Commending and congratulating Gabysol Quiroz; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, Gabysol Quiroz is being honored by the Clayton County Public Schools as the
2025 Support Professional of the Year; and
WHEREAS, for 12 years, Ms. Quiroz, originally from Panama, has served as a Parent
Liaison at W.A. Fountain Elementary School; and
WHEREAS, her work involves coordinating school-wide initiatives and acting as a primary
point of contact for several programs; and
WHEREAS, she is the designated contact for the school's Partners In Education program,
which focuses on building relationships between the school and local community
organizations; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Quiroz also assists families with the Parent Portal system, helping first-time
users set up accounts and access student information; and
WHEREAS, in recognition her outstanding contributions to her school and the broader
educational community, Gabysol Quiroz has been named the Clayton County Public Schools
2025 Support Professional of the Year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body commend Gabysol Quiroz and congratulate her upon being named
the Clayton County Public Schools 2025 Support Professional of the Year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to
Gabysol Quiroz.
